1973 - Operation on creation of artificial vagina (kolpopoez) from sigmoid.
1974 - Laparoscopy.

            of uterine cervix).
1974 - Definition of human karyotype.
1975 - Cesarean section on the lower segment of the uterus.

1975 - Mini abortion (vacuum-aspiration).
1978 - Hyperbaric oxygenation in obstetrics, gynecology and neonatology.
1978 - Application of acupuncture in obstetrics and gynecology.
1979 - Combined electroanalgesy in obstetrics and gynecology.
1980 - Cardiotocography supervision over palpitation of fetus and curtail uterine activity.
1981 - Creation of the register of congenital developmental anomalies through Yerevan.
1983 - Artificial insemination with creation of bank of sperm.
1984 - Radio immune definition of albuminous and steroid hormones of reproductive system in blood
            plasma.
1986 - Biopsy of fleecy chorion and amniocentesis (fence of amniotic fluid sac) for diagnostics with
            chromosomal diseases.
1986 - Creation of republican medical-genetic consultation.
1986 - Definition of phenylalanine in blood.
1986 - Screening of urine for revealing congenital aminoaciduria.
1988 - Endolimfatic introduction of medical products in obstetrics and gynecology.
1989 - Plasmapheresis of newborns at newborns’ hemolytic disease.
1990 - Application of gravitational methods of treatment.
1990 - Epidural anesthesia during delivery.
1990 - Definition of alpha-fetoprotein in serum of blood and amniotic liquids.
1991 - Diagnostics of mucoviscidosis.
1991 - Cordocentesis - a puncture of umbilical cord of the fetus and fence of its blood for medical
           genetic and laboratory researches.
1999 - Nursing of the newborn with extreme low weight of body at the birth - 650,0 (the delivery took
           place on 24 week of pregnancy). Resuscitation, intensive therapy and the second stage of
           follow-up of the newborn girl lasted within 3 months in clinic.
2000 - Joint stay of mother and the premature newborn in the neonatal intensive care department.
2000 - The first successful cases of application of surfactant for treatment of respiratory distress-
           syndrome at newborns.
2001 - The prolonged artificial ventilation of newborn’s lungs within 36 days with its subsequent recover.
2001 - Treatment of newborns persistent pulmonary hypertension with application of high-frequency
           ventilation in three cases with the subsequent recover of the patients.
2001 - Diagnostics at the newborn in its pre-natal existence of heart tumor, diagnosis acknowledgement
           in the postnatal period. The newborn in the subsequent was operated in the Cardiologic center
           Nork-Marash.
2002 - Introduction of molecular-cytogenetic method of fluorescent in situ hybridizations (FISH).
2003 - For the first time in Armenia in the neonatal intensive care department of RCMCHP an operation
           was performed on ligation of Arterial (Botall) duct of a premature girl with diagnosis: "Respiratory
           distress syndrome", with a weight of 900 grammas. Operation was performed by cardiosurgeon
           A. Aharonyan from the Center of cardiosurgery "Nork-Marash". Postoperative treatment and the
           care was also carried out in our Center. Now the state of the girl’s health and her development do
           not cause fears.
2003 - The first successful attempt of IVF.
2004 - The birth of the first children after IVF (triplet).
2006 - The first pregnancy, come with the ICSI method (an injection of spermatozoa in ovaries).
2006-2007 - The first pregnancy achieved after the freezing and carrying over of embryos.
2006 - The first pregnancy in the program of "surrogacy motherhood".
2007 - The first pregnancy after procedure ТЕSЕ+ICSI (extraction of spermatozoa from epididimus of
            testicles).
2007 - The first successful reduction of embryo (quatrain).
