Outpatient department

Outpatient Department of the RCMCHP is scientifically-diagnostic and advisory Center. Services in the Outpatient Department are provided by highly qualified experts and with world class modern equipment that allows to provide in full both, traditional diagnostics and outpatient treatment of the most difficult obstetric-gynecologic diseases.

Annually, Outpatient Department provides inspection, treatment and dispensary supervision to 35,000-40,000 women and to 500 underage women with various obstetric-gynecologic pathologies.
The advisory help is rendered by the director of the Center, heads of clinical departments, and senior scientific employees.

Also, the Outpatient Department has doctors of adjacent specialties such as andrologist, endocrinologist, therapist, dentist, dermato-venerologist, psychologist, etc. who provide consultation to the patients.
Outpatient Department offers outpatient services and hospitalization of women of reproductive age, suffering from various types of diabetes. A priority course of Outpatient Department is introduction of planning of pregnancy to women with diabetes, meaning inspection on presence of vascular complications of diabetes, gynecologic inspection, and achievement of ideal indemnification of carbohydrate exchange both at the stage of previous conception and throughout the period of pregnancy.

Dental office of Outpatient Department provides routine examinations of the mouths of pregnant women, treatment and removal of teeth, periodontal treatment.

Outpatient Department also has gynecologic offices which diagnose and treat various gynecologic diseases:

•  Inflammatory diseases of genitals at girls and women
•  Sexually transmitted diseases (STD)
•  Diagnostics and correction of disorders of menstrual  cycle
•  Conducting patients with premature puberty, with delay of sexual development
•  Treatment of hyperplastic processes of endometrium
•  Hormonal correction and rehabilitation after surgical treatment of uterine myoma, genital 
    endometriosis, and tumours  of ovaries
•  Correction of climacteric frustrations
•  Examination and treatment of infertile married couples
•  Correction of hormonal infringements of reproductive age
•  Conducting patients with habitual miscarriage
•  Contraception selection at various extragenital  and gynecologic diseases
•  Examination and preparation for pregnancy
•  Diagnostics and modern methods of treatment of diseases of uterine cervix, vagina and vulva
•  Vaccination against papillomavirus infections for the purpose of preventive maintenance of cancer
    of the uterine cervix.

The Outpatient Department provides follow-ups of pregnant women with physiological, obstetric-gynecologic, and extra-genital pathology:

•  With an early toxicosis
•  With hestosis
•  With fetoplacental insufficiency
•  With habitual miscarriage of pregnancy and presence in anamnesis of perinatal losses
•  Follow-up patients with multiple  pregnancy
•  Follow-up pregnancy after IVF
•  With endocrine diseases (a thyroid gland pathology, hyperandrogenemia, diabetes, etc.)
•  With blood diseases (an anemia, hereditary hemostatic disorders, a thrombocytopenia)
•  With diseases of kidneys
•  With cardiovascular diseases (the congenital and got heart diseases, infringements of rhythm of
    heart, varicose illness)
•  With system of lupus erythematosus
•  With a pathology of bronchopulmonary system
•  With developmental uterine anomalies
•  With  uterine myoma, tumours of ovaries
