TESA and MESAAt July 25 1978 in England Luisa Braun was born – the first child that was concepted out of maternal body using in-vitro fertilization. Preparing of infertile women and first extra-corporal fertilization attempts were done in Armenia since 1998. At February 2004 first triple in Armenia were born, that was concepted “in vitro”. Center continues to develop and get new achievements in extra-corporal fertilization. Clinic is steadingly enreached by new equipment and skills, which allow move on in IVF improvement. From 2007 specialists of high qualification perform TESA and MESA operations because of azoospermy and there are already positive results. The best evidence is child berths, in four cases one newborn, in 2 cases –twins, in one case – triple. Today physicians oh the Center may say that azoospermy is not a sentence for a couple, but a diagnosis, that has its special solution in the Center of Maternal and Child Health Protection.
